Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY 2023

 

1.1 Unwanted Items

It is important to us that you’re happy with everything you buy from Joy Box Creations so we accept returns of unwanted items for up to 30 days from the date you receive the item to return them back to us.

 The returned product(s) must be unused and in its original condition. It must include all the contents they arrived in, including instructions and packaging.

 We must receive the returned item within 30 days of delivery.

 *If the item was part of an offer, e.g., buy one get one free, both items on offer must be returned to be eligible for a full refund.

 Please note the cost of returning products are not covered by us and we do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. Please obtain proof of postage receipt when returning items back to us, we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

 Upon receiving your items, it will take up to 14 days to process. Your refund will be sent back to the original payment method used to make your payment and can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account once processed.

 * We CANNOT accept returns for the following unwanted items

 - Personalised items

- Toiletries and cosmetics

- Underwear

- Perishable products (food, balloons, flowers, etc)

1.2 Faulty Products

 If you have received a faulty item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return it back to us. Please contact us and we’ll take you through the process of returning a faulty or damaged item.

If you have a damaged personalised item, please send us an image of the damage including your order number and contact details to support@joyboxcreations.com

 Please do not throw away any product and/or relevant external packaging, even if it is faulty, before you have contacted us. Please obtain proof of postage receipt when returning items back to us, we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

 Refunds/exchanges are subject to reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. All returned items will be inspected upon receiving and any products found to have been damaged during use, rather than faulty, will be returned to you and no refund will be granted.

Upon receiving your item(s) it will take up to 14 days to process. Replacement items will be sent out accordingly, if you require a refund it will be sent back to the original payment method used to make your payment and can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account once processed.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as promptly as possible and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Please note, any items received outside of our 30 day returns policy cannot be rectified.

 

1.3 Cancelling an Order

 If you’d like to cancel an order after you have placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that whilst we always do our best to see and cancel orders before they are dispatched, there may be instances where this is not possible.

 1.4 Christmas Returns Policy

 Orders placed from the 1st November until 24th December can be returned up until 25th January, this gives you plenty of time to return any unwanted Christmas gifts. Our usual processes stated above still apply to all orders.
