What types of products do you sell?

At Joy Box Creations, we specialize in selling gifts for all occasions and recipients.  Our products range from stunning garden gifts to personalised item gifts. We offer a wide variety of products that are sure to add a touch of happiness and charm to anyone receiving.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse through our collection of products and click on the item you wish to purchase. Select the desired quantity and click "Add to Cart". Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the page and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and then click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer the option to pay with PayPal for added convenience.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping, all of our items are shipped via Tracked with Proof of Delivery for guaranteed delivery. Please see our Delivery Information page for more information regarding delivery times.  

Why am I charged multiple shipping costs?


Some of our products are dispatched directly from our trusted partners. These are normally personalised items that are made to order. If your basket contains a mix of items from any of our partners, we regretfully include an additional shipping charge for delivery from these locations.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwanted items for up to 30 days from the date you receive the item to return them back to us.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping unfortunately. UK shipping only.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

No, wholesale is not something we currently offer.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
